Living Yoga (weekly on Tuesdays for 6 weeks, $90 for the 6 week session)
In this informal and interactive course, we will study the practical and psychological aspects of yoga philosophy. We will use the yoga sutras (aphorisms on the theory and practice) as our guide. Basic studies of the Sanskrit language, the sound and song of the verses, breath techniques and discussion will also be incorporated.

THERAPEUTIC ART, MUSIC AND DANCE THERAPY
(currently offered on individual or small group basis - group classes coming soon)

Art-based activities modified and adapted to each person’s needs, with intention to help facilitate participation in similar community-based activities. Supervised by a licensed therapist.

$108 per 75 minute session.

YOGA THERAPY
(currently offered on individual or small group basis - group classes coming soon)

Yoga poses and activities tailored to specific areas of need, with coaching and adaptation for the individual, and to support a personal practice at home or in the community. Offered by a Yoga Therapist, certified with International Association of Yoga Therapists

$108 per 75 minute session.

SENSORY MOTOR YOGA
(currently offered on individual or small group basis - group classes coming soon)

Yoga blended with sensory integration/sensory regulation techniques for children. Provided by a licensed therapist.
